How to become a member of
New Hope Clubhouse

It is alway recommended to tour Clubhouse and learn more about our services before joining. Call New Hope to schedule a tour and meet some of our current members and staff. If you are unable to take a tour, visit the Northeastern website for a virtual tour or call New Hope to speak with our director, Bambee Lehman, for additional information.

To be a member of New Hope, you must do an intake at one of the four Northeastern Outpatient buildings. They are located in Noble (260-636-6975/Albion & 260-347-4400/Kendallville), Steuben (260-665-9494), DeKalb (260-925-2453), and LaGrange (260-463-7144) counties. After your intake , our staff will contact you with an orientation date to start the Clubhouse. We do provide transportation to and from Clubhouse for the work ordered days.

Contact us to take a tour of our Clubhouse and learn more about our services.
